Full course description

The Embodied Mindfulness Program is a 12-week training that helps you learn more in depth the first foundation of mindfulness, the body. As humans, we have been living in our minds and disconnected from our bodies. Thus, the focus of this trainings is to help you reconnect with your ability to inhabit your body in a mindful way. Starting on Sep 9th and ending on Dec 13th, we will meet every Wednesday at 12:30 pm (Mountain Time) for one hour to go on a transformative learning journey to develop in depth mindfulness through the body. The class is offered exclusively in person.

Mindfulness is a human skill that we can cultivate through training our intentional attention with appropriate attitude. Among the many benefits of developing mindfulness are reduced anxiety and greater life balance. This training was designed to create a safe and playful environment that helps you deepen the skill of mindfulness through the body. You will have the opportunity to explore and practice body-focused mindfulness exercises each week, then share and learn from each other's experiences and questions.
