This 12-week in person course focus on helping you reconnect with your ability for creativity and innovation through improving your skills of mindfulness such as curiosity, openness, and presence. Starting on September 3rd and ending on November 19th, we will meet every Wednesday at 2 pm (Mountain Time) for one hour to go on a regenerative learning journey to strenghten the creative qualities of mindfulness. Mindfulness can be a well for creative insights!

Note: The prerequisite to enroll in this training is to have done a prior mindfulness training with Jo or to have had a consistent personal mindfulness practice over the last six months.

Creativity is innate to humans, but along the way we disconnected from what allows for the creative insight – playfulness, presence, cognitive flexibility, and many other qualities that are practiced within mindfulness. In this training you will learn how to be mindful of thoughts, develop greater capacity to be with the unknown, spark your curiosity, and generate innovative ideas.

Creating community for mutual support is important for setting habit and a routine of practice. Thus, you will be encouraged to actively participate in the group and share your experiences and insights. The classes will be in person only (at the Sorensen Center).
