Full course description

The Mindfulness Foundations Program is a 12-week training that helps you learn mindfulness through these four pillars: body, mind, emotion, and connection. Starting on Sep 11th and ending on Dec 13th, we will meet every Wednesday at 11 am (Mountain Time) for one hour to go on a transformative learning journey to develop mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a human skill that we can cultivate through training our intentional attention with appropriate attitude. Among the many benefits of developing mindfulness are reduced anxiety and greater life balance. This training was designed to create an incremental learning process that helps you develop the skill of mindfulness in a smooth progression, while applying the exercises into your everyday life. You will learn a different exercise each week to practice it daily until the next meeting, then share and learn from each other's experiences and questions.

Creating community for mutual support is important for setting habit and a routine of practice. Thus, you will be encouraged to actively participate in the group. You can opt to join the class either online (through Zoom) or in person (IDRPP room 205), and you will have recordings of the exercise portion of the class every week to practice.

We offer this training on a scale so you can pay according to your conditions. The price options are:
