Full program description

Join us for daily 10-minute guided meditation practices to cultivate mindfulness and improve well-being. These practices are offered every weekday, at 8:45 AM (Mountain Time), via Zoom. You can sign up for them through the link below and simply drop in whenever they fit your calendar.

After you sign up, you will receive an email containing the Zoom meeting link and link options to add the Drops of Mindfulness to your calendar.
